We're seeking a future team member in the role of Senior Full Stack Developer to join our IT Asset Management team. This role is in Pittsburgh, PA and Lake Mary, FL, and will work a Hybrid schedule (2-3 days per week in-office required). Candidate must reside within a commutable distance to this work location, as we are unable to accommodate 100% virtual work arrangements.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
• Contribute to a high-performing team of problem solvers from various disciplines who are committed to driving growth & innovation across the company.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders & business leaders on cross-functional initiatives, designing blueprints for new products, ways of working and other disciplines.
• Collaborate with data engineers, subject matter experts and developers across our global technology teams to build analytics solutions focused on value drivers and stakeholder experience.
• Work across the full stack, building highly scalable distributed solutions that enable positive user experiences and measurable business growth.
• Develop new features and infrastructure development in support of rapidly emerging business and project requirements.
• Leverage critical thinking & sharp problem-solving skills to guide the design & development of data science tools and advanced analytics solutions.
• Leverage data science and advanced analytics allowing us to go beyond and improve program and product delivery, forge exceptional customer experiences, and capture new growth and value opportunities.
• Utilize data to develop next generation offerings, influence technology standards, forge durable business partnerships, and define the playing field for the next wave of technology innovation with applications such as Configuration Management systems, AI-driven insights and more.
• Demonstrate teamwork. Leverage existing products/functionality and promote reuse. Work alongside other engineers on the team to elevate technology and consistently apply best practices. Collaborate closely with all the other members of the team to take shared responsibility for the overall efforts that the team has committed to. Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers, business users, project managers and other engineers to achieve elegant solutions. Utilize local meetups to gain and share knowledge.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required2-6 years of experience in software development required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
• Working knowledge of Python and other data science-oriented programming languages, knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g., Java) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Node.js).
• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g., HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery).
• Familiarity with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Security, oAuth 2.0, Spring JPA and Spring Data libraries.
• Familiarity with databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB), Web servers (e.g., Tomcat Apache) and UI/UX design.
• Good understanding of containerization using docker images.
• Ability to translate complex ideas and express them in concise, simple to understand ways.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., QlikSense).
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, meet deadlines, and simultaneously work on multiple projects.
• Comfortable working across all levels of an organization, leveraging organizational, interpersonal, presentation, and time-management skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex programs and drive cross-functional teams to meet business objectives and influence co-workers while fostering strong working relationships.
• Experience handling confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
• Practical understanding of Cloud technologies (Google Cloud, AWS, MS Azure).
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise data systems.
• Practical understanding of AI & ML solutions and their implementations.
